No matter how much lower ab exercise I do, I cannot gain any definition for it. Reasons plz? fool me once... shame on youfool me twice... I do Eat about 4 apples a day plus healthy lunches and dinners. Do crisps count towards this (bad food)? fool me once... shame on youfool me twice... If you are looking to reduce excess around the waist then you need to improve your diet and incorporate the cardio into your routine. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
