pcam16 Posted June 2, 2003 Share Posted June 2, 2003 Yeah they're called speed balls! we've been using these since the begining! set it at whatever height feels comfortable for you to punch and kick without straining. to speed up punching we do 100 punches straight off and the same with kicks but just do like 25 kicks then stop! mix up different moves and you should see a difference!!!
