I'm lost. How big is the bag?

Sorry about answering with questions of my own but if I can get an idea of what it is I might be able to help.

You seriously have no idea what a Floor to Ceiling bag is.

Its the size of a small soccer ball.

Boxers use them for reflex ability.

Im just lost on what exercise i can do.

OK now I know what it is :P

I guess they can be used to work on drills such as "bob and weave" and "stick and move".

I'd recommend using it to box and keep moving while you're doing it.

I don't have any experience with those :-?

We've always called those type of bags speed balls. When you first said floor to ceiling the first thing that popped into my mind was a very long heavy bag.

Speed balls are good for bobbing, weaving, and striking while performing the above.
