Looneyas Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 I would like some input into my training program that I have been doing. I started MA Janurary For the first 3 months stretching program was done. Now that im in my 2nd 3 Month Faze Im working on strength 3 Days on 1 off Training at home Day 1 chest and Triceps All 4 sets of 3 Exercises per Muscle Group Day 2 Back and Biceps Day 3 Legs and Shoulders Everyday i do 2 set of crunches to Faliure Im up to 125 Day 4 Rest Then redo Then I cont with my stretches Do this for 3 Months to get some beef on me then the next 3 months i want to just get ripped so that i can work on my speed Training. Radok Posted April 15, 2003 Posted April 15, 2003 Looks good to me. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
