SaiFightsMS
Something was brought up in another area that suggested this to me. How much of your training time is spent in the dojo or in the gym doing other fitness activities? Edited April 15, 2003 by SaiFightsMS
WolverineGuy
I get about 3-6 hours a week in the dojo, 3 hours of weights, and a buttload of whenever I can misc. training. Maestro
I'm in the dochang 12-18 hours a week, weightroom about 4-6. You need 70/30, 30/70 options up there! Might as well take my advice--I don't use it anymore.

But during the school year I just don't have time to hit the gym. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard. Radok
bottom option there, buddy. If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point. Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
