DIET...what a 4-letter word that is!

 

I came across an interestin site...it is called the 'Dessert Wizard' http://my.webmd.com/dessertwizard

 

I kinda indulged this week with all the candy from Halloween...so when I saw this I thought let me play around with it a bit. You plug in the dessert item you ate...and the wizard lets you know how much activity you will have to perform to make up for it! I don't particularly care for the list of activities they have as choices...I can think of better activities. :brow: but anyway its fun!

 

I put in 'Truffles' (6oz) ...actually it was a big Hershey milk chocolate bar and plugged in 'Take a Nap' as an activity :sleep:...and it came up with 6 hours and 55 min. of naptime to burn off those calories!!! How can that be? :sleep:
