Goose
Hi, I like to walk around bare footed, as a means of hardening the soles of my feet. Be careful about where you go walking, though. When I was younger, I used to do a lot of hiking. I used to bathe my feet in something to toughen them, can't remember what it was though. _________________ Best Wishes Darryl Garrick 9th Kyu Shotokan Karate Karate International Black Belt Schools (UK) [ This Message was edited by: Goose on 2001-09-01 13:05 ] Goose6th Kyu Shotokan Karate9th Kyu Okinawan KobudoKarate International Black Belt Schools (UK)

Kickbutt
Yep - all part of the game I'm afraid! I wasn't too impressed either, and it hurt like hell but you've just got to get used to it. Karateka_latino
yes, I think you have to do your barefoot walking and all that stuff. and even with that, once in a while you will get blisters.. as kickbutt says.. you have to get use to them.
