Powerful Punches

Featured Replies

hello everyone,

i just wanted to know if anyone has any tips on how i could build up proper powerful punches with tried and tested methods. i have recently got a punch bag set up, so wot should i put in it etc. and how should i punch?

i also wanted to know the science behind the punch bad. it was obvious at first but then i learnt its for knuckle conditioning, and i thopught but just coz ur knuckles will be mnore resistant how does that make ur actual punches stronger and more powerful. could someone explain this, how punches will actually become more powerful on a punch bag?

thanks

I just punch a bag to get my strength up any techniques should be tought to you by an instructor. Don't forget to wear gloves and don't worry if your hands start to bleed a little bit they just need to get used to it. Thats all I can tell you I don't know any real secret apart from practice.
dont forget to keep a tight pinky
