I feel I might be doing my leg raises wrong, is there anything I should be making sure I'm NOT doing? Heres what I usually do for my "Stretching routine" (morning and night): -Start with some jumping jacks, or running on the spot -Do side leg raises, front leg raises, and back leg raises -Do V stretch (sit in legs in V shape, go to middle, left, right, middle) -Do some arm circles -And various other stretches. Im now doing dynamic stretchs twice a day morning and midday for 3 months im seeing how that will go.
