What impact does swimming have on strenghtening your Hip Flexor,

As swimming does not go through a full range of motion for your Hip Flexor.

So is swimming good or bad for the strenghtening of the Hip Flexor.

As a general rule, exercises that doesn't use the full range of motion only strengthens the working muscles in the range worked. And also using a small range of motion has a tendency to shorten the muscles.

I think for MA use, swimming does not help much, except for muscular endurance and aerobic endurance, and shoulder flexibility. I don't think it help much in strengthening the hip flexors for MA use.
