GrrrArg Posted July 5, 2004 Posted July 5, 2004 Course it is, a kick in the face will end any fight..
Mayo Posted July 28, 2004 Posted July 28, 2004 Often times in a normal fight outside of a gym or in a gym, there is the problem of kicking over your head you throw off your balance, you only maintane your balance when you kick waist or risky at chest level. Now if you enter a form tournyment, then you will be expected to preform high kicks with grace. And to do that you must stretch. But in a real fight you don't want to do that to often, the other bad thing about that is you will open your knee up for brutal damage. So, I would not suggest it niether. http://www.ageofconquests.com/takeon.php?voteid=137We are all put on this earth by God, Respect one another - Mayo

Jerry Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 Now here is a book I can surely suggest you all get. http://www.stretching.info/articles.html "You do not truly know someone until you fight him." - Seraph"To be the best, you must be the best." - Me
Jerry Posted October 22, 2004 Posted October 22, 2004 There's this chick that works with me. She does TaeKwonDo (recently started) and her sensei bought this book and he is using it to teach his students. You guys must see this chick stretch and do forward splits. She does Tae-bo with me on Fridays and then the two of us stretch afterward. "You do not truly know someone until you fight him." - Seraph"To be the best, you must be the best." - Me
