But varies greatly on the time of year. Like this time of year, sun is going down a little bit earlier and I am finding that I am tired more often. So I'm getting on average 8-9 sometimes closer to 10 hours if needed.
crash Posted Saturday at 10:04 PM Posted Saturday at 10:04 PM 8 to 9 on average, which is what i aim for. i try to stay on a schedule of going to bed at the same time every night, no tv or radio playing, etc.... i wake between 630 and 7 every morning, dont use an alarm or anything that "jars" you awake.... and i never jump right up, i usually wait 15 to 20 minutes after waking before getting up.....(yeah, weird sleep habits i guess....lol)
