Interesting. Thanks for sharing that, Alan.

I know better, but I'll more than likely continue to crack my knuckles for a start, and then crack anything else that I can. I even crack my nose!! I know...I know!!

:)

I talked to my GP about cracking knuckles and everything else on the body that cracks.

He is so stiff and solid that he doesn't crack at all, anywhere.

Most of the time, when I try to pick his brains, he usually answers my questions with "We are all different" Or he Google's some kind of medical encyclopedia to show me the answer.

In the movie "Way of the Dragon" starring Bruce Lee, just before fighting Chuck Norris, he is cracking all the joints possible in his body.

I honestly don't know if this is good or bad, cracking all the joints, but what I do know is, it most definitely primes the entire body for action or combat.

Thanks for sharing this Alan, it is always good for people to be aware of this. Considering we all were told that you shouldn't do it because it leads to arthritis.

Cracking of Joints is called 'Crepitus' and from what we know doesn't lead to Arthritis, as was previously a common myth.

Here is a link for further information on it: https://www.arthritis-health.com/types/general/what-crepitus.

Most GPs aren't always on top of this type of information, because of the huge number of cases they go through, so they may not have just had much use for this information until someone comes in asking about it.
