Everyone is expected to have at least a litre throughout the two hour training session.Solid post!!Per my doctor, I'm supposed to drink about 200 ounces of water, without physical exertions. In that, my doctor says that if you're thirsty, it's to late; you're already dehydrated. In addition, a little test to see if you're hydrated enough is...The color of your urine. If you're properly hydrated, you're urine will be the color of lemonade, and the darker the urine, the more dehydrated one is. **Proof is on the floor!!!
