Karate_John Posted February 25, 2015 Author Posted February 25, 2015 Well I'm happy to report a pass! I'm now a freshly minted Sho Dan Ho. But did I ever feel like I was dying during the test. I was probably on the verge of a passing out toward the end. Was feeling nauseated, and trying to keep my gag reflex in check.. no fun. But I can't quit, you know. Hint: Never take a decongestant, I Think I would have been better off suffering from my sinus infection. But overall my damages are really just: 1. two bloody knuckls2. A very, very tired body3. People thinking i'm asthmatic or something now... all well. But overall, A pass is a pass. I think I made out well. Karate_John Posted March 3, 2015 Author Posted March 3, 2015 Again, Thank you all I got to admit the first day back on the mat as a black belt student was a bit surreal, The new rank and responsibilities are going to take some getting used too. And apparently I left a very good impression after all, with our Hanshi et al. that was good to hear. The best part of course, is now i'm free to really dig into the art, I love Theorycraft so this is going to be a fun ride. no time for breaks here.
