Just finished my first Kyokushin class and actually it's the first MA class in my life.

It's a very nice dojo .. good instructor and very nice & helpful guys training there. I liked it.

I don't need to say that every single muscle in my body is sore :(

It will get better and less painful I assure you give it time and enjoy!

Make sure you rest at least 24 hrs before another session, eat more protein after a session and eat more carbs (upto 2 hrs) before a session.

Protein is 'repair' food and immediate energy, carbs is energy later!

Your first day of many days!! Glad that you're in a solid style with solid people around you.

Pain allows you to remember that you're still alive, even though, right now, you wish you were dead. Time will lessen that soreness, but not eliminate it totally. Instructors seem to have a way in making sure of that.

Congrats, and welcome to the MA family!! Very proud of you!!

Awesome! The soreness will go away and come back when you start new things. Soreness is just part of the journey, eventually you will use all of those muscles on a regular basis and it will be much easier! Keep it up and have fun!

Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.

Thanks Hwakmoon for the advice .... I really liked it :)

yes I will wait for more that 24 hours as due to my working shifts & the classes times, I can do only 1 class a week :(
