What is the basic requirements (physical, mental, ....) to start training in Kyokushin Karate ?! specially I want to start it a bit late 31 years old :-?

31 years old? You are never too old, when I tried out Kyokushin there were people in their 50's and 60's trying it out.

Basic requirements? The willingness to learn. There are also Kyokushin classes for those with disabilities. So the art itself is like any other good karate style (eg Shotokan, Goju, etc), you just have to find the right instructor for you.

28+ years of training - and knowing the more I learn, the less I actually know...
