Nidan Melbourne Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Thanks guys. I'm back again. I still feel it a bit but it's much better and keeps improving. I just got back from a tough class. I did avoid being on the recieving end of punches but did everything else.Its good to hear your back at training! But just keep an eye on your ribs. so you don't re-injure yourself. So just let your sensei know how your going in terms of recovery.
