I pulled a muscle in my back four years ago while doing pullups. And was told by my Therapist to start adding Yoga to my workouts. I was like uh ,ok! So before I start Yoga I wanted to know what some of you guys out there think about it!

It's excellent. Used to course and classes in the past. Still use things I picked there in my personal routine.

If you believe in an ideal. You don't own it ; it owns you.
