JKD Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 I pulled a muscle in my back four years ago while doing pullups. And was told by my Therapist to start adding Yoga to my workouts. I was like uh ,ok! So before I start Yoga I wanted to know what some of you guys out there think about it!
