Exactly .... go through the pages in our Health & Fitness forum. There are lots of tips there.

 

I am not sure of what type of training workout you might be interested in .. i.e. weightlifting, strengthening & cardio endurance, plyometrics, flexibility, balance, ....but its all there (for training in whatever the martial art your involved in.)

Burnout is huge. We change our weight lifting program every month for out football team because of this.

When you are working out, try different things, like instead of jogging, do sprint drills, and instead of kicking a heavy back. grab a buddy or vice versa...the most important thing is the have fun, get a radio or something to motivate you, play your favorite music.

 

Try anything...it cant hurt!
