I am not sure of what type of training workout you might be interested in .. i.e. weightlifting, strengthening & cardio endurance, plyometrics, flexibility, balance, ....but its all there (for training in whatever the martial art your involved in.)

sk0t Posted September 17, 2002 Posted September 17, 2002 When you are working out, try different things, like instead of jogging, do sprint drills, and instead of kicking a heavy back. grab a buddy or vice versa...the most important thing is the have fun, get a radio or something to motivate you, play your favorite music.
