bball197046 Posted December 2, 2016 Posted December 2, 2016 Very true, scuffing feet in the dust right before training works wonders. A friend of mine did this.Hi Susan, what do you mean scuffing feet in dust? could you put powder on your feet before training? would that help? just curious. Thanks, Chris
JusticeZero Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Before class, walk barefoot through the dust where they swept the floor into and scuff your feet a bit to get the dust all over. No blisters. "Anything worth doing is worth doing badly." - Baleia

mazzybear Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I always get a blister on the crease under my big toe, it always is the right foot too, never the left. And because of where it is, it takes forever to heal. So I use the finger tape that mountain climbers use to protect their knuckles, it stays on and doesn't come loose until you take it off. It works an absolute treat. Mo. Be water, my friend.
