Supplements are good to sue for body because supplements help in deficiency of vitamins and provide our body strength. Protein shake is good source of protein and vitamins so it is good before or after training.

Protein shakes are very good to help muscle recovery after training but my only concern about it is if it has any side effects on the body (specially liver & kidneys) on the long run ?

I would recommend Arnica & L-carnitine as supplements with training.

Arnica & L-carnitine are not shakes, both are available in tablet forms (in Australia), Arnica is available as a cream as well for muscle aches & injuries.
