KarateGeorge
At the end of July, I decided to finally do something about the weight I'd been gaining and started actively trying to shed some pounds. While at the gym last night, I stepped on the scale. I've lost 38 pounds! Before I started my workout routine, I was at about 195 pounds. As of last night, I was at 157 pounds.
Adam_XKT
Nice!I stepped up my physical activity too and started to kind of watch what I eat. I noticed that from when I tested for my black belt in October 2006 to now, I've lost around 30 pounds. http://www.adambockler.comhttp://www.metamoramartialarts.com

mr_obvious
38lbs is a solid chunk, I'm sure you can feel it. I'm down about 60lbs from 8 months ago. Several surgeries and an auto wreck in 2008 got me pretty bad outta shape. I'm still pretty banged up, but clawed and scratched my way back to 90% of my former ability.
