Heres something we did in class the other day it is a leg killer

first you do 24 body weight squats followed by 24 lunges(12 each leg)followed by 24 jump lunges (12 each leg)followed by 24 jump squats, try to do it in 2 minutes.

It hurts sooo good!!!

We did it Thursday and Im still sore today.

It made doing katas today real interesting.

Wow, thats what you call a good warm-up! It's bad enough when our sensei makes us stand for ages in our last movement of a kata because someone has done it wrong.

Would like to give this a try though...maybe erm next year hehe :lol:

We also do the burpee challenge in which you try to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes.

burpees are delicious! :brow:

Ah, burpiees, the most underrated bodyweight exercise in exsistance.

As for the leg workout, it sounds great. Stuff with jumping and lunges tends to tear my knee up however. I'll have to be careful if I try this one.

Nice idea though. Glad you posted it.
