the beast Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 Heres something we did in class the other day it is a leg killerfirst you do 24 body weight squats followed by 24 lunges(12 each leg)followed by 24 jump lunges (12 each leg)followed by 24 jump squats, try to do it in 2 minutes.It hurts sooo good!!! tallgeese Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 Ah, burpiees, the most underrated bodyweight exercise in exsistance. As for the leg workout, it sounds great. Stuff with jumping and lunges tends to tear my knee up however. I'll have to be careful if I try this one. Nice idea though.
