On what day of the week are your testings held?

On what day of the week do your testings usually fall on?

At my first TKD school, we had our testings on Saturday mornings usually. At my current school, they are usually on a Thursday evening.

How about y'all? When are yours? When do you think is better? I kind of like the weekend idea, as it allows for more time, gets you started earlier, and done sooner. I also think it is easier for the spectators to get to on a Saturday.

Ours are always on a friday evening for kyu grades. Any black and brown belt courses or dan gradings are on a sunday afternoon.

I'm glad I never attended a school that held them on sundays, as I wouldn't be able to attend for religious reasons.

Schools I have attended held them on saturdays or friday nights.

Dan gradings start friday nights , and end saturday evenings.

Kyu grades are either Monday or Thursday nights which ever is good for sensei.

Brown and Black belt tests always start on Saturday morning.

If its for all coloured belts, usually all day Saturday and all or most of Sunday. Dan gradings are typically on a Sunday.

Friday nights for beginner adults, Saturday mornings for kids, and Saturday afternoons for advanced adults.

Colored belts can sign up for either the Friday evening or Saturday noon tests.

All testing for black belt and there after are on a specific Saturday morning and afternoon.

There seem to be a lot more weekend testings than week day testings. But, I don't feel so odd about it, now. Thanks for the replies, all, and keep them pouring in!
