Kajukenbopr Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 run, run , run, and after that run!you could try swimming too, but i dont really like swimming that much... and if u try swimming: swim, swim, SWIM!cardio that leaves you breathless is more likely to help u peel of the fat, but its not easy.also, a strict routine will make you plateau( stop progress) so you have to keep things interesting with diversity. <> Be humble, train hard, fight dirty
Jay Posted August 18, 2007 Posted August 18, 2007 skipping is good but like you said can hurt your shins although personally i have never had this problem my problem has always been my calves really really burn after about 5mins and then i cant do it the next day. Basically to loose body fat it is cardiovascular exercise combined with a good diet to increase the rate of fat burning. Exercises you can do-Skipping if only once a week will still help, walk everywhere you can, cycling, rowing and running. The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
