Shotokan-kez
Well i'm surprised i didn't see this post before....i'm so glad you have decided to change your lifestyle, i did with smoking....yeah sorry guys i have to mention it again lol It's great that you have had the courage and will power to do this and my hat goes off to you. I know cigarettes and pot are different but they are both still classed as a drug and addictive. I knew a guy that had been smoking pot since he was 13 he is now 32 and trying desperatly to get off it, so well done you! Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
lordtariel
I just threw away my stash, down the toilet. It's a new start, Thank you. The first class I took was a very deep experience. Being in the dojo, following directions, working out, everything made something spark up there. The second week, I had a fight with two of my 'smoking' buddies. I didn't know why I chose to split from them, I guess, My unconscious mind was acting for itself. The spirit was present.Since then, I can go on and tell you how Im willing to embark in this journey. It won't be easy, but im glad I have forums like this, to gain experience, insight and to get to know you better. On a side note, If you hang out with people who do what you are trying to break away from, it's MUCH harder to break a habit. Not saying you should necessarily give up your friends, just don't be around them when they're doing it. There's no place like 127.0.0.
