Greek Fighter Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Does anybody out there have any good stories on their experiences of self defense? Who had to use hand to hand or got in any kind of fight? So far, I've been lucky that I haven't gotten into real life or death fights.

bushido_man96 Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 I have been fortunate thus far. Even at work, I haven't had too many scraps, yet. The ones I've been in on have included several officers, so it was pretty easy to control. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

Toby Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 The fights I've been in are mostly alcoholic driven and pretty much why I come off second best every time. Should really learn to control my drinking. "The key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering." - Bruce Lee

Feathers of Doom Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 i was confronted by a drunk guy outside of a bar. he could barely stand up and he swung at me in slow motion (full speed to him). i cought his attack and did a leg sweep and gently lowered him to the ground by his jacket.were best friends now When practicing Nunchaku, it is best not to stand under lights....seriously; I have broken more lights that way.
