Jkoko Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 I wake up at 5:00,exercise for an hour,wall kicks(5 minutes), doing squats(5 minutes), punching the bag(5 minutes),sit ups(5 minutes),push ups(5 minutes),and run on the treadmill (35 minutes),so thats an hour,take a shower,and watch last night's re-run of family guy at 6:30

karatekid1975 Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 I don't think I do anything no one else does, unless they hate cooking. I love to cook, snowboard, martial arts (when I can ... weather is not behaving ... an hours drive stinks in bad weather), and I play drums (when I can). That's about it, unless I can think of something.Oh wait. This isn't normal for a girl. I work on my own cars. I rebuilt a whole valve cover once, too. I may think of something else. Laurie F
karate carolyn Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Oh good question i think my main one would have to be waring full make-up to karate dont think many do that (maybe im wrong) dont get me wrong i work up a good sweat and am not scared of a good work out but i do like my make-up!
