Taught TKD: 6 - 7:30 pm. I started out the class going through some of the upper body basics along with them, just to get some work in. I also extended basics a bit to give the students some new stuff to work on. I added a jumping round kick, and had the brown belts and up work on a flying side kick, as done in our form Choong Moo. The ones below brown belt did our double punch, round kick, spin crescent kick combo. Then we made it through forms, working on some timing and stance issues on several, and then one-steps.

First MA class in my life. It was a Kyokushin karate.

I was bit confused what we have been doing as I have no previous experience with MA but I wish next classes I will be more familiar and be able to record in this thread :)

Awesome job! Glad to hear that you're giving it a go. Next class will be better, and the one after, and the one after that.....

Nice work.

Drilled side mount specifics. Maintaining during guard recovery efforts.

20 min free roll. 1 round of takedowns.

2, 5 min rounds of stand up. Worked a lot on trapping integration with good results.

Spent about 45 minutes working through Choong Jang with my instructor. I got through it several times, but still get stuck in parts, so just need to get through the memorization, that way I can really get cracking on it.
