-Arm fatigue drills 10min (pushups, kihon techniques, pushups etc etc etc).

-Fighting rills (unpartnered) 15min.

-90min Kyokushin class.

Fitness:

Sprints 5 x 30m with 15 secs in between

30 tuck jumps over arm of a partner (of whom is in Shiko Dachi)

- When mid air partner says 1, 2 or 3 and each number corresponds to a combination.

10 Punches full force with correct technique

10 Front Kicks full force with correct technique

45 Tricep Push Ups

45 Crunches

7-8 pm: Adults Class

30 tuck jumps

30 star jumps

30 plyometric push ups

30 crunches

20 leg raises (Alternating Legs)

Kata: Taikyoku Jodan, Chudan, Mawashi Ich + Gekesai Ichi

So, I've been off a week while we've been finishing our new facility. Tonight marked our first night in our new gym!

Drilled side mount fundamentals, maintaining side in the upper third of the body and finish with a transition to S mount. Finish with arm bar.

PTK- multiple strike form. Integrate into flow. Focus on slash/ return portion.

Drilled side mount control, shallow side to counter the underhook. Moved into papercutter choke and D'Arce set up.

PTK- ran the multiple strike form, focusing on the off side. Worked the jab/takedown aspect into the flow. Distance sparring.
