Shotokan-kez
I really like this kata, i was working on it on wednesday night in training. The parts i am particulary having trouble with is the start bit where your arms are outstreched like your holding a bo or staff, and the end bit too. But i did particulary like the kata, i just need to master it now.So anyone got any thoughts on the kata? Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
Orion
Erm never heard of it.. and i do shotokan as well. Oh well, i'll google it.Edit : Googled it, looks really good but don't recognise it. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.

cathal
I haven't learned this one yet but I enjoy watching it. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
JWLuiza
does anyone one know the history of this kata? where it come from?It may be an Itsou kata. According to some, he liked stick defense moves. However, I think the moves may be arm-control motions and not stick defense.
