bushido_man96 Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I hear what you are saying, Tom.You can stretch cold, you just won't be able to stretch as far, and it will be tougher to make gains. However, if you do work out hard a few times a week, and then stretch hard after those workouts, and then do the light stretching on the off days, you can still see some gains.That said, you could do some leg/footwork drills, some jumping jacks, etc., to get the blood pumping. When you stretch like this, though, don't try to go to your max stretch position; only go until you feel the mild discomfort.
