french fri25 Posted November 13, 2006 Author Posted November 13, 2006 i had to go through my poomse, my 3 step attack, self defense, gun defense, knife defense, upper block, lower block, inside, outside, and middle blocks, front kick, front side kick, fron round kick, back kick, spinning back kick, pray position, falling, choke defenses, leg and arm grab defenses from the floor, arm bar, count from 1-10 in korean, reverse punch, walking stance, full contact continuous sparring, point sparring, back fist... i definitly forgot some things but thats the bulk of it.
