well another night practicing them but im really stuck on the first part of throwing yourself into the air.i cant get my head amd neck offf the floor.any tips?

That tutorial looks pretty good! I would follow those directions, and just keep at it. Try it with your hands until you get it down, though. Make sure to get a good burst with your legs, and then burst with your arms, too.

thanks bushido man instear of throiwng my legs at an angle iv been throwing them directly up into the air seems to lift me more.still not getting enough whip with the legs though : (

If you don't bend your waist/core upward before your feet hit the ground it won't work. The upward motion is caused by dropping the feet up - out, and then back down. As the feet are going down, do a fast sit-up.

BTW - the key to this technique is momentum. Get your body moving as fast as you can as quickly as you can. Momentum will take care of the rest.
