I find a few sets of dumbell lunges gives my whole leg a pretty good burn, including the hamstrings. Squart will work them on the negative too. cathal Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Hi guys - just a quickie.Have got my first physio session in the morning and my surgeon told me that I may be able to put off having reconstructive surgery on my cruciate ligament by strenghtening my hamstring? KarateK Posted November 13, 2006 Author Posted November 13, 2006 Bushido man I will let you off - I have done it often enough Kez he was ok - no Sawyer though!!!He gave me a few exercises such as standing on my stairs with my bad leg and slowly bending it up and down. He says its all about control really, as at the moment I tend to walk etc quickly to avoid the pain. Karate Ni Sentinashi
