I visit alot of other sites that pertain to other hobbies I have (hunting, fishing) and other news and political forums.....but I must admit the people in this forum have the greatest amount of kindness, manners, and respect out of ANY forums Ive ever visted. Doesnt matter what the topic is.....from MA and religion...too different styles, doesnt matter if opinions differ either.....all the posts Ive ever read are made with utmost respect..I think that says ALOT about, not only the people on here, but what I think disciplines us to have that "respect"......the martial arts.

To be honest I'm not surprised. Martial arts in general increase a person's self-discipline and practice of etiquette. That ripples out to all of our other aspects of life, and bam: you have yourself suddenly being much more respectful.

The admins also do a good job at keeping the discourse civil.

Thats why I post here, I also visit Sherdog.com, not nearly the maturity as here

There is no teacher but the enemy.

If you don't like us, why don't you just say so?

Thank you. While these qualities are inherent in most martial artists I think we, as a community, are the best on the net too! But then I am partial.....
