I am doing so well, i feel brighter and fresher and ready for anything. It's been 12 days, my lungs are still clearing out with all the coughing, but thats getting better, i'm eating more too, and i have a much better appetite than before. I'm very excited. I'm still avoiding situations and places where i tended to smoke, which is quite hard but i'm just looking forward to a smoke free future.

:D Thank you everyone.

I have started to tell people now. I have avoided a lot of people and places who smoke so a lot of them hadn't realised. They have been great tho because i have been able to tell them how long i have been wihtout a smoke! It's great.

When you make it to 365 consecutive days I will make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in your name.

Shotokan-kez: I am finally at a point of wanting to quit smoking (again). I easily quit when I was pregnant with my first child, without nary a thought of falling off the wagon. So I know it can be done... still wondering why I started back after 4 years! Any words of wisdom, tricks, warnings?
