Shotokan-kez Posted September 17, 2006 Author Posted September 17, 2006 I am doing so well, i feel brighter and fresher and ready for anything. It's been 12 days, my lungs are still clearing out with all the coughing, but thats getting better, i'm eating more too, and i have a much better appetite than before. I'm very excited. I'm still avoiding situations and places where i tended to smoke, which is quite hard but i'm just looking forward to a smoke free future.Watch this space guys! bygolly Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Shotokan-kez: I am finally at a point of wanting to quit smoking (again). I easily quit when I was pregnant with my first child, without nary a thought of falling off the wagon. So I know it can be done... still wondering why I started back after 4 years! Any words of wisdom, tricks, warnings? "There's no better time than the present to be better than we were yesterday."- Gary Kelley, television weatherman
