June1 Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 i have a problem in that i will go looking for something to eat at times when i shouldnt be, like 11pm - midnite.ill be watching tv in bed and think, damn, im hungry, then go eat something stupid like a biscuit or something. Oh, my gosh, I have the exact same problem. I eat when I'm bored or stressed or just to have something to do. Not good. We could just drink water to keep full, but we both know that just wouldn't be enough, eh?I must admit, that is my problem too. I'm very active-minded so I eat to keep my hands busy. I work in an office, so I need to be very careful that I don't eat too much during the day. I did that and over time put on about 9 kilos. I have since taken about 7 of that back off, but it wasn't easy! Now I have something else to worry about. It's similar to your problem, Jiffy. Now that I'm back in university, I have to sit in lectures for many hours, and end up bringing energy bars or cookies with me; anything to munch on while I'm sitting there, trying to listen. I'm worried about putting on the pounds over time. Kool Kiais: ICE! DIE! KITES! DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHH! KIAI!"Know Thyself""Circumstances make me who I am."

A_Train Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Pizza for sure. And when I eat it I cant help but gorge myself on it. No matter how much I try to improve eating, I will always need pizza at least once a week. I play a wrestling game online. gateqway Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 fish cocktails/fingers, fried calamari, fried chicken and chicken nuggets. All the fried meats are a drug to me!!! Its even worst with sweet chilli sauce... Most people’s compassion and kindness are bounded by threats of their interest. People respond to irritancies will dire actions and speech, which is magnified by grudge, competitiveness and fear.
jaymac Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 Hey, if you ever get to go to Boston Mass. go to Fanual hall ( I know I spelled that wrong) and get Lobster Bisque. It is the best. I love seafood and boy is it worth it to go to a place like this and just pig out on all that fresh seafood. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.

bushido_man96 Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 I was wondering, would Thanksgiving dinner count? It usually last about a week for me!! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
A_Train Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Ahh, living in close vicinity of both my parents and my wife's parents means that every Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving ect we usually eat 2 huge turkey dinners complete with desserts. Added to the fact that my mother usually uses these times (at least Chrsitmas and Easter) to go on cooking binges making tons of sweets, it is not a good time for dieting. bushido_man96 Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Not a good time for dieting, or training, for that matter. Too many breaks, too much eating! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
