Smitty
Well, I'm too young to drink. But I suppose you'll have more money. Also, from what I understand, alcohol doesn't have any real nutritional value, and it adds on the fat like crazy.
Shotokan-kez
I am going to admit now that i did have serious alcohol issues! I am absolutley fine now but i learnt throughout my recovery that 'binge' drinking (when someone doesn't drink then gets really drunk on one occasion) is actually worse for you than someone who has a small drink every night. This is because your body isnt used to it and can go into shock and make you very ill. On the other hand you are only doing it once a month so i'm not sure how that would stand. If i was you i would seek advice and see, but it sounds to me like binge drinking especially if you are getting drunk. Kez xx Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
patusai
Depends on how drunk you get once a month. bushido_man96
Abstaining can't hurt at all, that is for sure. Even if you do it only once a month, then that is once a month that you put yourself at risk, and not only because of alcohol being fattening. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

Jacob
Don't drink to get drunk. Drink only in moderation and only occasionally. For someone in their twenties, alcohol consumption may not seem to make much of an impact, but as you get older, believe me, you will see that it does.Again, drink in moderation and never to just get drunk. Sohan
Turn the question around. Does getting drunk once a month actually have any benefits?Yea it makes me happy for a while. Can you be happy when you're not drinking? If not, you shouldn't be drinking. Alcohol is a depressant on the central nervous system and dramatically affects your mood. If you are suffering from depression right now, even moderately, alcohol consumption will make it worse. Much worse. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." Shotokan-kez
Sohan is right. When i was a heavy drinker i was also suffering with depression and i thought alcohol was blocking it out and making me feel better, but in fact it was making me feel much worse. I do still drink occasionally but in moderation. Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
