Favorite workout music?

Recommended Posts

I'm getting seriously bored with the CDs I've been listening to during bag rounds. What are your favorite songs/groups to listening to while working out?

Ihave a couple Metallica and Godsmack CDs that I usually take with me  and one of the black belts has DMX, but they're getting tiresome.

my favorite band to work out to is actually Tool. since there songs have high and low tempos, hard and soft sounds, instrumental and vocal. you can kinda incorporate a good work out to all of the songs, wether it just be practicing forms or actually hitting stuff :)

or if ya really need to let some anger and frustration out.... try either System of a down, or Rammstein. those are my 3 favorites

i just bought the new tool cd (10,000 days) incredible, and my other 2 favorite cds by them, Aenima and Undertow. but they are all good. a few of the songs really get me pumped before class, so i listen to them on the ride over and ive actually noticed a lot of my strikes are stronger when i have certain songs stuck in my head. kinda strange and maybe its just me, but who knows! :D
