All,

Thanks for the advice.

My side is feeling better.

I felt it again last night when I started to go full out, so i cut back.

I'm going to try and allow it to fully heal this weekend by resting.

I heard about Arnica, its a gel right? I have to go buy some.

Fear does not exist in this Dojo, does it! No Sensai!!!

Hey there. Arnica is great, i use it on my kids bruises and sprains. I get pain a lot in my stomach and often in both sides of my ribs, i ignore it really and assume it's muscular because it's been going on a long time i suspect if it was serious something would have happened by now. I tend to use hot water bottle, heat spray like deep heat or anti-imflammatorys they are very good.

Arnica can be taken homeopathically externally and internally. External it's often a gel. Iternal it's in form of sugar pellets.

Also try bromelain and other enzymes internally they speed up healing and decrease inflammation.
