Shotokan-kez Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Hey there. Arnica is great, i use it on my kids bruises and sprains. I get pain a lot in my stomach and often in both sides of my ribs, i ignore it really and assume it's muscular because it's been going on a long time i suspect if it was serious something would have happened by now. I tend to use hot water bottle, heat spray like deep heat or anti-imflammatorys they are very good.Hope you feel better soon.Kez Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
Geng Posted May 19, 2006 Posted May 19, 2006 Arnica can be taken homeopathically externally and internally. External it's often a gel. Iternal it's in form of sugar pellets. Also try bromelain and other enzymes internally they speed up healing and decrease inflammation.
