i try to sretch my leg and run on a treadmill so i can losen my muslce but i can't kick high why :???:

Well some people can kick high because their really flexible and have good balance and it is easier for them to kick high since they are really flexible they don't have to put that much effort in the kick as someone who couldn't kick really high and aren't to flexible or have good balance or both.

So to sum it up it depends if you have good balance so that you are able to kick high without loosing your balance. Or if your flexible enough to do the splits or almost it's easier for you to kick higher since you can stretch your leg more higher in the air without any pain.

when you do your best it`s going to show.

William, you should do both dynamic and static stretches to help you achieve your goal. For more information on both of these, use the Search service at the top of the page. Thanks.
