Once I started eating right but alot I have really put it on (I weight train AT LEAST four days a week).

Ahazmaksya to gain weight you should stick to compound movements in the weight room such as the bench press, squats, deadlifts, etc.

As far as your cardio you should cut that back alot, maybe even in half.

I am 5'8-5'9 and 125-130 lbs I used to think and worry that I was too skinny but I think I've come to grips with it now, if I wasn't so light I might not have such a fun time with all those acrobatic and fancy flowery spin kicks and stuff that I love (you know, that stuff that will get you beat up on the street

A Have you checked out the Body For Life program by bill Phillips. He has a realistic and attainable way to gain and sustain weight. you can also down load his various nutrition and excercise forms. the nutrition forms are for daily tracking of protien, carb's etc..., the workout forms alternate daily between cardio and free weight training. I do Muay Thai on the cardio days 3x week plus some technique work on various free weight days. Also supplement with protein shakes it's hard to get enough protien in your daily diet.

take full advantage of your surroundings
