How do you guys decide how much you should weigh to meet your goal?? (That's directed at the weight gain people, by the way; I understand it the other way.) I want to increase my strength and certainly wouldn't mind seeing more definition, particularly in my upper body, but how would I go about translating that pounds to gain? Or is this really more for people who specifically want to 'bulk up'? Sorry if these are bone-headed questions, I've been struggling towards very vague goals (i.e. "become stronger") and kind of like the idea of having a number to work towards.
