chh Posted March 22, 2002 Posted March 22, 2002 How do you guys decide how much you should weigh to meet your goal?? (That's directed at the weight gain people, by the way; I understand it the other way.) I want to increase my strength and certainly wouldn't mind seeing more definition, particularly in my upper body, but how would I go about translating that pounds to gain? Or is this really more for people who specifically want to 'bulk up'? Sorry if these are bone-headed questions, I've been struggling towards very vague goals (i.e. "become stronger") and kind of like the idea of having a number to work towards.
