Measurable Goals

Featured Replies

How about we start a thread to measure & monitor measurable goals in our training? Weight loss & gain seems a very popular area. How about a thread called "Weight loss club" and a "Weight gain club" where we can do a regular check-in to log our progress, offer each other support & generally help each other achieve our goals?

I keep one to myself on my computer, but the mutual support and advice could be helpful.

It takes sacrifice to be the best.

There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.

Bon how did those jumping exercises go?

haha, AnonymousOne,

I haven't done them yet.. I haven't been training seriously for a few months, I have so much school work at the moment. We get assessment tasks for every subject at the same time, I'm doing my second last one at the moment.. No excuse I know, but I'll be training hardocre in the holidays every day.

I will go first...I'd like to go from 63 kilos to about 68. It's small but it's a start. What do you think is a 'measurable' time do that.
