YODA Posted March 19, 2002 Posted March 19, 2002 How about we start a thread to measure & monitor measurable goals in our training? Weight loss & gain seems a very popular area. How about a thread called "Weight loss club" and a "Weight gain club" where we can do a regular check-in to log our progress, offer each other support & generally help each other achieve our goals?
