well here is my problem.

when i extend my leg all the way out i cannot straighten it, as in it u where to stand straight up and extend one leg out infront of u from the knee i cannot straighten my legg all the way. what stretches can i use to cure this probelm??

also i would like to improve the range of my kicks all around anyone got any pointers??

lol yea i had that problem for over a year, unless you have a mixed up rare body type all you need to do is stretch and maybe strentghin the muscles in your leg.

try putting your leg on something and slowly straighten it more day by day or change to a higher object

Most likely it is your hamstrings (The muscles along the back of the leg) being really tight. Do a google search for "Hamstring stretches" and you'll find a bajillion different stretches.

One other possibility is that you have ligament damage from a previous injury to the knee, but since you don't mention it, it probably isn't likely.
