phi-long Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 well here is my problem.when i extend my leg all the way out i cannot straighten it, as in it u where to stand straight up and extend one leg out infront of u from the knee i cannot straighten my legg all the way. what stretches can i use to cure this probelm?? also i would like to improve the range of my kicks all around anyone got any pointers??
